Mary Lotfi, MD
Dr. Mary Lotfi is a board-certified nephrologist who has been caring for patients with kidney conditions for nearly twenty years. She earned her medical degree from the University of Cairo and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois, followed by a nephrology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Her clinical interests include the prevention of chronic kidney disease, home dialysis therapies, and supporting patients in maintaining the best possible quality of life. With a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Lotfi is committed to ensuring individuals feel informed and supported, taking time to explain kidney function, test results, and steps they can take to protect their health.
She is a member of the American Society of Nephrology, the American Medical Association, and the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys flying as a VFR and IFR pilot, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places and cultures.
